Milestones

Introduce legislation to require interim contact to be restored 30 days after an application for child arrangements. Criminalise parental alienation and require such hearings to be fast tracked.

We ask the Government to introduce legislation: 1) a legal presumption of contact with both parents after separation, 2) a requirement that courts restore interim contact within 30 days of application, and 3) criminalisation of parental alienation as emotional abuse.
