Where an overpayment is the error of the DWP I want to see the recovery of the overpayment greatly reduced to a maximum of 5% of a claimant's entitlement.

While I agree that overpayments of any kind have to be repaid, when it is the fault of DWP I think the rate should not impact as heavily on the claimant as it does at the moment.
