Milestones—
No prosecution or issuing points for offences in 20mph zones driving under 30mph. Only fines.
I think motorists are getting caught out on roads that change speed limits between 30mph and 20mph. I don't think driving under 30mph is reckless or dangerous and a fine is sufficient, points and prosecutions are not proportionate in my view. Stop points & prosecutions on these offences under 30mph.
