We think we need an inquiry into the deaths of children following family court cases.

Women’s Aid have long had a campaign highlighting the cases of children who have died following abuse - most recently called “Nineteen More Child Homicides”. The NAO’s 2025 report discusses the ministerial-led Family Justice Board which “has not articulated a… vision for the future of family justice”.
