Currently the UK protects freedom of expression under Article 10 of the ECHR through the Human Rights Act, but this right is not absolute and can be limited by law. We think this should be changed so the UK has a defined law on free speech which is not based on the HRA, but is a stand alone law.

Pass a stand alone law guaranteeing the positive right to free speech which cannot be changed or challenged by any government, and does not allow government interference in free speech or to abridge the ability of free speech.
