We want the government to require companies to hire at least one new graduate per 10 employees, provide 6 months of paid training. We think this would stop companies rejecting applicants purely due to lack of experience.
Many new graduates face endless rejection due to lack of experience, trapping them in unemployment. We ask the Government to require companies with over 20 staff to hire at least one graduate per 10 employees per year if they apply, offer 6 months paid training, and stop rejecting applicants solely for lack of experience. We think this would break the “no experience, no job” cycle, improve mental health, and build a skilled workforce.
