Milestones

We think Britain’s strength comes from shared civic values & understanding of our democracy. We think a UK-wide civic curriculum with clear national standards would ensure pupils learn the same core history, principles & responsibilities, building pride in British identity while respecting diversity

We think Britain’s unity depends on shared civic values. Devolved education means children in different parts of the UK may learn different histories and civic duties, risking division. We think a UK-wide civic curriculum would strengthen social cohesion for future generations.
