Any individuals found guilty of belonging to or supporting a proscribed terror group should lose any entitlement to state benefits.

I believe it is morally wrong to assist those that oppose the very organisation that is providing them with the means to continue in their activities. I believe these measures would actively reduce the number of protests easing the burden on the police & judiciary systems.
