Make it a specific criminal offence for individuals or groups to enter someone's home without the home owner or legal tenant's permission.
We feel no one should have to go through the trauma of arriving home to find that someone has taken up unauthorised residence in their home. Nor should a person or persons enter someone's home whilst the owner/tenant is in it. It is not currently a criminal offence in some situations to enter a domestic dwelling without permission by the owner/legal tenant, it can be a civil matter and can involve months of legal procedures and obscene costs to the homeowner. We think this needs to change.
