Reduce VAT on public vehicle charging to 5% inline with home charging so people without home/off street parking are not penalized. I think it would accelerate the potential of electric vehicle take up.

I would like the government to realise those without off street parking and a place to charge at home need help to switch over to electric vehicles, not with grants for buying new!
