Currently, the London mayoral and assembly elections are confined to the electorate of the London boroughs.

As London is the capital city of the United Kingdom and is meant to reflect all corners of this nation on the international stage, would it not be beneficial to enfranchise the entirety of the British electorate to have a say on how our capital is run?
