Pass legislation so that transport workers (rail, bus, air, underground and related services) cannot undertake strike action and disrupt transport networks nationwide.
Transport is vital for work, healthcare, education, and emergencies. We believe strikes risk delaying ambulances, preventing key workers reaching patients, and putting lives at risk. Families can miss medical care, children miss school, and businesses suffer. We feel prohibiting strike action for these services can help protect the economy, public safety, and ensure continuity in times of crisis.
