Milestones

Reduce the qualifying period for Indefinite Leave to Remain under the long residence route from 10 years to 7 years.

We think this would create a clearer, fairer pathway to settlement. We believe a single 7-year route gives stability, predictability, and equal treatment to all who live and contribute lawfully in the UK.
