We call on the government to withdraw the UK’s membership of the European Convention on Human Rights and pause processing all asylum applications until illegal Channel crossings are completely stopped.
We believe illegal Channel crossings are undermining border security and public trust, and that current membership of the ECHR prevents effective deportations and blocks government action. We think that by suspending ECHR obligations and halting asylum claims until crossings end, the UK can deter illegal entry, protect national sovereignty, and restore control of our borders.
