Milestones

Require the Government and DHSC to recommend NICE mandate ACB scoring in all medication reviews for patients over 65.

High Anticholinergic Burden (ACB) scores are linked to memory loss, confusion, falls, and premature death. Mandatory scoring during medication reviews could save lives, reduce harm, and empower families to ask the right questions. Funding should support prescriber training and awareness so patients and carers can challenge unsafe prescribing.
