Milestones

Fund AMH testing as part of standard NHS fertility checks. Provide NHS IVF funding for women with low AMH, regardless of age or partner’s parental status. Allow patients to stop a cycle with less than 3 follicles without losing NHS entitlement.

AMH can decline quickly, leading to diminished ovarian reserve (DOR). Without early testing, women can miss their chance for effective treatment. NHS funding rules currently exclude many low AMH patients, forcing them into costly private care. Women should not be pressured to proceed with futile egg collections — they need the right to preserve cycles and funding when chances are slim.
