Milestones

Create a scheme so medical cannabis patients can hold a recognised card to purchase cannabis from pharmacies, with the right to choose how to administer it. We believe this would improve accessibility, dignity, and pain management.

Many patients face delays, high costs and limited supply of medical cannabis, leading to avoidable suffering and hospital admissions. A patient card system and improved pharmacy access could help ensure safe, legal and affordable treatment. Patients must also have choice in how they medicate, as some cannot tolerate vapourisers and find alternatives such as glass pipes easier, safer and more effective. Accessibility matters.
