Ban shelters from providing animals for prison services, or prison services acquiring them in any other way for therapy or for use as comfort animals. We think it's animal abuse.

We think prisoners do not deserve these privileges, it's not a summer camp! Some animals may be traumatized, and we think it is animal abuse to put them in such a dangerous and scary situation.
