We think the Government should look at new rules for anyone who pulls out of a property chain. People pay for solicitors and searches and then the buyer pulls out and people lose money.

We want the Government to look at rules and penalties for buyers who pull out of a chain. People can't afford to keep paying out £1000s of pounds for these people who change their minds. We think its not fair and it costs enough to get on the property ladder as it is.
