We believe it is a breach of the Equality Act when any professionals are required to complete CPD while on maternity leave, as is the case for Social work England. We have degrees and take job interviews we should not have to also do CPD when on leave or else loose our registration.

I want the Government to require them to change policies to align with the law that no one on leave looses their registration because the body’s meant to support them want to make them do work when having much needed and legally protected leave.
