Milestones—
We want the Government to regulate the sale of research peptides by creating a compulsory purchaser register. Only accredited buyers, such as universities, licensed research institutions, and registered companies, should be eligible to join.
To be included, buyers must provide valid identification and, where applicable, a company registration number. Sellers should be required to confirm that buyers are listed on the register before completing sales. Currently peptides can be bought online with minimal oversight, creating risks of unsafe use and misuse. A regulated register with proper checks and balances would protect public health while allowing legitimate research to continue safely.
