Please clarify if the new ILR rules as prescribed in May 2024 white paper, specifically 10 year ILR rule would be applicable retroactively or to new comers.

We agree its the Governments right to make new rules as they want but its our rights to plan our life. We need clarity on the new laws on settlement. Make clear the applicability of the new ILR rules specifically the 10 year rule to get ILR (applicable retroactively or to new comers)
