Milestones

We call on the UK Government to review the UK-US Extradition Treaty to ensure that the rights of British nationals are protected.

The review should include evidence standards and processes for ensuring British nationals detained in the US are made aware of their rights and what to expect once detained. The review should also look into previous cases where such standards had not been met and recommend action to the Government.
