Impose a minimum sentence of 10 years for all offences involving the distribution of explicit images (including AI images) any category or physical abuse against minors, and lifetime registration on the sex offender registry to monitor reoffending.

We believe suspended sentences, rehabilitation, and community work do not provide justice for families/children. Many in the public feel the justice system is broken and that heinous crimes aren’t punished adequately. We believe that more must be done to protect children. As technology advances—computers, AI, cameras—more children may face greater risks.
