Milestones

The Government should seek to develop an aerospace consortium to make and put into service a new supersonic airliner, similar to Concorde, in order to shorten flight times and help businessmen/women and other politicians to reach where they need to be in quick time.

Concorde was one of the most revolutionary commercial aircraft and was capable of crossing the Atlantic in three hours whereas modern planes cross the Atlantic in around eight hours. It was globally recognised as an icon. The demand for the return of a similar engineering marvel has been very high now for more than 20 years.
