Milestones

Use legislation, including the Great British Railways Bill, in consultation with the Scottish and Welsh governments, to expand the Network Railcard to cover all of Great Britain so adults aged 30+ and off-peak groups can access discounted rail travel nationwide and fares are modernised fairly.

The Network Railcard currently only covers London & the South East, leaving many adults over 30 without discounts. Expanding it would promote fair access, encourage off-peak travel, and modernise fares nationwide, either now or as part of the Great British Railways transition.
