Milestones

We call on legislation to be introduced to enable tv license payers to be able to demand a 50% refund if the BBC is found to have breached its Charter and not provided an on-air public apology.

This apology should be issued within a period of 24 hours following the airing of a programme, article or comment which has been found to have breached its Charter.
