Milestones

Stop the introduction of the Vaping Products Duty in 2026. We want the Government to halt any new tax on e-liquids and vape products, including 0mg nicotine-free options, to protect small UK vape retailers and manufacturers from closure.

We are concerned this duty could cripple small vape businesses, raise prices for adult consumers, and push many back to smoking. Many independent UK brands already face high costs and regulation; an extra tax could destroy fair competition and jobs. We believe the focus should be on harm reduction, not punishment of responsible traders.
