Make Guy Fawkes Night an official Bank Holiday for everyone.

As there is limited days off in a year time. Especially between last bank holiday in August and Christmas. Can we all have an extra bank holiday in November. There is reasonable argument that people would gladly have one day extra off. Let's make it on 5 November.
