Milestones

Ban any local authority event from using live animals such as reindeer in public parades.

We feel the use of animals in public parades is not necessary. It can put animals under undue stress, causing anxiety which can in turn put the public at risk. The use of live animals by local authorities for public parades needs to end and we call upon the Government to ban the use of live animals by local authorities in this way.
