We want the Government to review the car insurance industry, and introduce a cap on price increases, ensure insurers provide clearer explanations for premiums, and introduce measures to protect young drivers and low-income households from excessive prices.

We believe these actions are needed because car insurance prices are rising faster than people’s incomes, leaving many unable to afford essential travel. A government review and the actions outlined in this petition could stop unjustified increases.
