Spa, salon and hotel staff have disclosed sexual assault or harassment by clients. There can often be no direct reporting pathway, and no requirement for an independent third-party disclosure officer. We need a safe, trauma-informed system to protect staff and guests. Creating a clear pathway to reporting could protect both staff and guests.
