Milestones

We want the Government to pass a law to mandate airlines to create a no-fly list to ban unruly passengers from flying on any airline to/from the UK for a minimum of 5 years.

We need to put in place a suitable deterrent for people who make the choice to become disorderly on an aircraft. While individual airlines have the power to ban said passengers from flying with that airline for a period of time (or even a lifetime ban), there is nothing to stop them booking onto another airline and doing it all over again. A 5 year no-fly list ban on all airlines will give the passenger time to reflect on their behaviour.
