I would like it to become a specific criminal offence to not report a dead body or a death if you are in the company of said individual when they pass or if you are aware of one.
Clear laws must require anyone aware of a death to notify authorities immediately, with serious consequences for neglect or deception, to protect the vulnerable and ensure dignity in death.
