To support educating our children in a technologically advanced world, fund the provision of tablets to learners, to access apps for educational purposes. Make these Government-issued devices available to learners from the moment they reach Key Stage 2.
We believe that there is a tech shortage in schools in an age where technology is relied upon heavily. It is important that our children remain up to date and technologically literate. We think it would encourage learners to develop technology literacy and practise skills such as research, touch-typing, digital media amongst others. These skills would give our children a head start for future careers. In the long run, it will save on additional costs such as printing, laminating etc.
