Make it mandatory that all accusers and those accused of sexual offences, however minor or major the offence, are required to take a lie detector test.
We believe many people are falsely accused of sexual offences, that the police do not investigate properly, and that the amount of evidence which is restricted in trials may mean that defendants get unfairly treated. A lie detector test could stop false accusations being made, therefore leaving resources free for true victims.
