The Government must remove the sole responsibility requirements that can prevent children from joining a parent in the UK. In these modern days, parents of children can live apart due to work conditions, and preventing children from living with parent in the UK should not happen.
The sole responsibility law even separates British parents from their children. We believe the law is outdated and should be changed. Parents should have the ability to decide what is best for their children in regards to immigration purposes.
