Launch a review of misleading business practices of domestic solar and biomass schemes sold under government initiatives such as the feed-in tariff.

Many homeowners were unaware of the implications of installing equipment under certain contracts and may be tied in to for 25 years. Charges can be added to contract equipment in the form of loans/mortgages leading to difficulties in buying/selling of properties. There are reports of hidden costs for documents, repairs, etc.
