We want Government to oblige Insurance Companies to raise maximum cover values in line with CPI. Premiums continue to increase for pet owners each year. Not to mention the cost of appointments, prescriptions & procedures have risen; yet the maximum cover assigned to owners isn't subject to review.
The breakdown of maximum cover values that are disclosed within policy documentation should be amended in line with inflation. If premiums are increased each year, even when owners have not submitted a claim, and the cost of procedures increases, members should too have their maximum cover amounts increased to reflect this.
