Do not introduce rule that new drivers must wait 6 months before taking a test. There is a standard set by the government to pass a test. If it's passed by a new driver, it should be accepted as by the standards. Crash courses should be allowed.
New young drivers can have a difficult world to enter, leaving home, renting and the difficult task of saving for a home and on often low wages. To drain them for a further 6 months of their hard earned money isn't right. How are they expected to get to work? This proposal could cause desperate youngsters to drive illegally or fall out of work.
