Milestones

Ukraine fights with Challenger 2 main battle tanks. The British Army has 140 Challenger 2 tanks that will not be upgraded to Challenger 3 standard. There is a risk they will be dismanted and stored. Ukraine is a logical candidate, since it's already using them and is under attack.

Debate whether scrapping or storage of these tanks is an appropriate use of resources, bearing in mind they could be useful to Ukraine, for territorial defence.
