I would like the government to consider tougher punishments by extending the custodial sentences for all sex offenders, and them to be banned indefinitely from owning any smart devices, and be required to be monitored by Probation officer and local police for longer after being released from prison.

The reason I would like the government to ban all smart devices indefinitely from sex offenders is I believe it would save lives, and that it will reduce reoffending putting lives at risk. By taking the tool to carry out some of the abuse, I believe you could reduce the offences.
