Milestones—
I believe that no one should ever have to work on their birthday. I ask the government to consider requiring employers to give employees a paid day of leave on their birthday.
I think that thereby allowing the British workforce the ability to enjoy the day, and stay in bed a little longer if they wish on the anniversary of their birth, would be a special thank you for their devotion and commitment to working hard and paying tax.
