There needs to be a change in Law so all local authorities must fund all advice centres in their districts who request funding. The local authorities should not discriminate against small local providers. Local authorities must give statutory funding to all providers who request it.
Advice Services Can Save Lives. They save money for the public purse, support local authorities and in a more complex world advice services are needed more than ever. We think it is also the right thing to do when advice services are closing up and down the country due to lack of funding.
