Change the criteria for Free School Meals to include the Full Universal Credit Lists as well as the legacy benefits, also increasing the minimum amount you can earn to qualify for Free School Meals as the minimum wage has increased significantly since this was last reviewed. To meet the criteria currently you cannot work more than 10 hrs a week (approx) and in this current cost of living crisis, most people are having to work to live. To have a category for children with SEN & that receive DLA.
