Additional regulations to ensure that learners are able to afford driving lessons. With new restrictions coming in each year and new proposed rules it is the hardest it's ever been to be on the roads, this can isolate young people entering the workforce as public transport costs increase.
Lay out new guidelines, allow a new and improved system to help learners report inappropriate behaviour from instructors, such as charging extra when a driving lesson accidentally runs over or randomly hiking prices without making this clear to learners. Additionally, capping prices so they may not charge more than a reasonable price (adjusted when necessary) e.g £50, with intensive courses having additional allowance before a cap.
