Milestones

We call on the Government to introduce new protections to prevent employers changing the employment contracts once the employee has signed their employment contract.

In recent times we have seen how many companies reduce benefits such as paid breaks or over-time payments. We think the Government should introduce protections for workers, so that employers are banned from making any changes to employment contracts once they are signed.
