Milestones

Review sentencing guidelines and immigration laws to ensure the victims’ role in sentencing is strengthened & sentences given based on crime committed and not personal background. We want the Government to ensure serious foreign offenders are able to be deported promptly after serving their sentence

We believe that many people have lost confidence in the justice system due to inconsistent sentencing and lengthy deportation delays caused by repeated appeals. In our view victims often feel ignored while offenders’ circumstances are prioritised. Justice must be fair, transparent, and focused on those harmed by crime. Stronger, clearer rules could restore public trust and improve public safety.
