Implement a maximum cap on how much individuals can donate to political parties and candidates per calendar year without exception and only allow individuals to make political donations. Ban businesses and other non-human entities from donations.

We believe the Government exists to serve its citizens, not businesses. When one person has billions, their donation could be used to drown out the voice of millions. We believe democracy is supposed to be about a majority vote at one vote per person, not about who can pay the most in order to achieve their individual agenda. Being rich shouldn't make other voices smaller, and we feel it’s not a democracy if our politicians are being bought by the 1%.
