We call for the Government to require offside adaptive headlights be fixed when driving on all dual carriageways and motorways and at speeds over 50mph.
Lorry drivers can be dazzled because of their higher driving position and the cars' sensors may not see incoming traffic due to the safety barriers. Unregulated rules for adaptive headlights can impact drivers' eyes health and being dazzled can put other road users at risk.
